I utilize a client-centered, yet integrative approach while implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment interventions, play therapy, narrative therapy, family systems, solution-focused interventions, and existential therapy. I am comfortable providing risk assessment, crisis intervention, and consultation to family and other treatment providers.

I have experience working with clients who have struggled with a wide range of challenges spanning their entire lifetimes. I received clinical training within universities, schools, hospitals, and community-based settings serving individuals, groups, and families. I have served individuals who have experienced anxiety, trauma, depression, adjustment issues, interpersonal deficits, grief, and struggles with acculturation. However, I am especially fond of helping children, adolescents and young adults.
